I eventually found the largest dispatch firm in the world through a lot of research […] I found a hole in their web service, I discovered their corporate email list, I picked the email address for the CEO and the chairman and I wrote an email that said ‘My name is Jack Dorsey, you have a hole in your website, this is how to fix it, and by the way I write dispatch software.’ I was flown out a week later and then got a job and transferred to NYU.
